Terms and Conditions

 By engaging AquaClear Solutions for services, the client agrees to the following:


  • Service Scheduling: AquaClear Solutions will schedule weekly services based on availability and weather conditions.
  • Access: Client  must provide unhindered and unrestricted access to the pool area on service dates.
  • Chemical Treatment: The Client acknowledges that chemical balancing is a crucial part of pool maintenance and authorizes AquaClear Solutions to adjust chemical levels as needed.
  • Cancellations: Clients must provide 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee.
  • Liability: AquaClear Solutions is not responsible for equipment failure or damages unrelated to direct service actions.
  • Payment Policy: Payment is due on the 1st of each month to avoid uninterrupted service.

Return and Refund Policy

  

Refund Policy- Effective Date: April, 2025

 
At AquaClear Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality pool cleaning and maintenance services. Your satisfaction is very important to us. 

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

 
1. Service Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve your concerns promptly, which may include re-servicing the pool at no additional charge.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

· A service was paid for but not delivered due to AquaClear Solutions LLC’s inability to complete the service. 

· A double payment was made in error. 

· A service was cancelled with proper notice (see Section 3 below). 

Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction reported after 48 hours or for circumstances outside AquaClear Solutions LLC’s control (e.g., weather-related delays, pre-existing pool conditions, or client non-compliance with maintenance instructions).


3. Cancellations and Refunds

· Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of a scheduled service. 

· Services cancelled with proper notice may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward future service. 

· Services cancelled without 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge. 


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

· One-time service visit fees after work has been completed 

· Chemicals or materials already used 


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged.
